Damaged or Defective Items:

We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund for damaged or defective items.
Unopened Products
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Return Process:
